Avocado Mint Smoothie

Avocado and mint in a smoothie? YOU BEST BELIEVE IT FOLKS! I proudly call myself a green smoothie fiend, and this is one of my faves. Sometimes I swap the cups of baby spinach for kale, and it still turns out creamy, refreshing, and soooo yummy. 

INGREDIENTS
• 3-4 cups baby spinach
• 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
• ¼ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
• ½ frozen banana
• ½ ripe avocado
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• ½ teaspoon spirulina (optional, but adds the green!)
• 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
• fresh mint, to taste


DIRECTIONS
1.  In blender or nutribullet, add avocado, banana, raspberries, cauliflower, 1 cup spinach, and almond milk. Blend on high. 

2. Next add protein powder, spirulina, mint, and the remaining cups of spinach. Blend, blend blend! 

3. Top with any fruit, coconut flakes, or other fixins (if you so desire) and enjoy! :)
